BookwyDrop browser extension & Bookwy Merchant back office

Last updated: 20 July 2026

Draft for review. These terms are a starting template for Bookwy Merchant. Have them reviewed by qualified legal counsel and adapt them to your jurisdiction before relying on them.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BookwyDrop browser extension and the Bookwy Merchant back office (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting the extension, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

BookwyDrop is a dropshipping productivity tool that, on your request, imports product details from supplier pages into your catalog, prefills marketplace listing forms, copies order shipping details, and syncs order tracking. It is provided to assist your own e-commerce operations; you remain solely responsible for the listings you publish and the orders you fulfil.

2. Accounts & API keys

3. Marketplace & supplier compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms, policies and applicable laws of any marketplace (e.g. eBay) and supplier (e.g. AliExpress) you use with the Service, including their rules on dropshipping, listing content, intellectual property, pricing and buyer communication. The Service is a tool; it does not relieve you of those obligations.

4. Acceptable use

5. Subscriptions & billing

6. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may modify or discontinue features. Marketplace and supplier websites change frequently; features that read those pages are best-effort and may break without notice.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use it at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookwy Merchant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you can export or delete your data from the back office beforehand.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version is always published at this address with the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
